Most of us want to loose weight so
we will look better. The more important benefit of weight loss is that you will
feel better, have more energy and be much healthier. Everyone's body chemistry
is different and what works for one person may not work for another. There is a
world full of weight loss and exercise products on the market. They all sound
wonderful.. but what really works? We have some weight loss products featured
here and hope that you will
write in
with your experiences. We want to let people know what works and what
doesn't. Everyone's body is different and because something works for one
person is no guarantee that it works for everyone. Still, your opinion will
help others to make better choices. We do not recommend or endorse any products
listed here. Our hope is that you, the general public will let us know your

A year ago I started walking
every day.. well almost everyday. Some days it was too cold, some days I didn't
feel good and some days it rained. So I would skip a day here and there. Once I
skipped a day I figured what the heck.. I can always do it tomorrow and would
skip another day. So I stopped skipping days... I just go, no matter what. Once
you get into the routine it is much easier. You just go and stop trying to make
excuses for yourself. I go in the morning before I go to work. There is nothing
to interrupt me this way. If I waited till after work, I would have a thousand
other things I needed to do. Whatever approach you decide to take... Just Do It
and stick with it! Once it becomes a part of your daily routine, it becomes
easy.
